Chipotle Bean Dip

Season: Fall, Spring, Summer, Winter,

Meal: Snack,

Protein: Beans,

Ingredients: Canned beans, Chipotle pepper, Garlic,

A delicious dip or spread to kick up your vegetable!

Serves 6


  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 can of drained and rinsed cannellini beans
  • 1 tablespoon of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (Freeze any leftover sauce.)


  1. Put beans in a bowl and mash.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. For a more intense flavor, add more chipotle peppers.
  3. Hint: Great as a vegetable dip, or spread in a whole wheat wrap with lettuce or shredded carrots
